Appointments

Initial Evaluation Appointment

When we first meet, my goal is to get to the root of the issues that have led you to seek my services. I’ll ask questions about your symptoms, current exercise regimen, and goals, and will then perform a thorough physical assessment. By the end of our first visit, I will make sure you have a solid understanding of your condition, a general timeline for expected recovery, some initial exercises to begin to address your symptoms, and a plan for how you can either modify your current activities or, if indicated, continue to participate in them worry-free. I will then likely recommend a plan for follow up appointments based on my assessment findings and your schedule. Every person and every condition is a little different, but generally, physical therapy 1x/week for a couple of months gets someone back on their feet!

Follow-Up Appointment

At follow up appointments, I will modify and progress your plan based on your feedback of symptoms and improvements. Along the way, I’ll be teaching you how to monitor your own progress so you can keep experiencing gains and limiting setbacks.

My favorite thing about being a PT is making sure patients no longer need my help!
